Detective Superintendent Lewis Basford has given a statement after a nursery worker pleaded guilty to sexual offences against children.
Basford said Vincent Chan "took advantage of young children using his workplace to gain access to his victims."
"He exploited the trust placed in him by the victims’ families and the promise to care for their children," he adds.
