French President Emmanuel Macron and China’s Xi Jinping held a bilateral meeting in Beijing on Thursday, where the discussions included efforts to end the war in Ukraine and trade. Reporting from Beijing, FRANCE 24’s Clovis Casali said the two leaders pledged cooperation on a range of issues, including a commitment to multilateralism "amid an international context more dangerous than ever".
