The presidents of Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo are due to sign a US-brokered peace deal in Washington. But after multiple failed agreements, lasting peace is still uncertain. Just two days ago, the Congolese army and Rwanda-backed M23 rebels traded fire and blame for trying to sabotage the agreement. Grace Kuria Kanja reports.
