Netflix has agreed a $72bn deal to take over one of the golden era giants of Hollywood, Warner Brothers. The agreement is set to attract scrutiny from competition regulators, particularly in the United States.
Both Warner Brothers and Netflix do not see the prospect of the deal being completed until 2027.
