US Homeland Security chief Kristi Noem says the Trump administration is reviewing an expansion of a travel ban it had implemented in June that could bring the number of countries targeted to over 30.
The move follows a shooting involving an Afghan evacuee in Washington DC in November and is part of a broader tightening of immigration and asylum rules under US President Donald Trump.
