Cambodia says it is open to talks with Thailand to end their border conflict. The neighbours accuse each other of violating a truce mediated by US President Donald Trump earlier this year. Meanwhile, Thailand says Cambodia isn’t ready for peace. At least 13 people have been killled since Monday, and hundreds of thousands along the border have been forced to flee their homes.
