Thailand says it’s not ready for mediation with Cambodia. It comes after US President Donald Trump said he will make a phone call to both leaders to end the renewed fighting, which is now entering a third day. Both sides blame each other for starting the cross-border clashes on Monday. Several people have already been killed, with half a million forced to leave their homes. Paul Hawkins has more.
