The repatriation of all hostages, living and dead, was a key provision of the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas that took effect weeks ago. It has now become a key point of contention. Hamas says it has been unable to retrieve some of the remains from the rubble of Gaza. Today, one hostage’s body still hasn’t been returned.
