Israeli occupation forces arrested a Palestinian amputee on December 15, after illegal Israeli settlers attacked his fence in the village of Rakiz, in Masafer Yatta, in the occupied West Bank.
The man, Sheikh Saeed, lost his leg after being shot at close range by an illegal Israeli settler, identified as Binyamin Bodenheimer, in a previous incident.
