Burundi’s government is calling for financial support to help the increasing number of Congolese refugees fleeing from violence in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The UN refugee agency reports more than 76,000 people have crossed into Burundi since December, when M23 rebelscaptured the key city of Uvira. Moses Havyarimana reports.
