Cambodia and Thailand have signed a ceasefire agreement, their second in two months, aiming to halt weeks of deadly clashes over disputed border territory. The agreement enforces a 72 hour truce, under which Thailand will release 18 Cambodian soldiers. Bassam Bounenni reports.
