At least 10 people have died and more than 250 others have been hospitalized in a diarrhoea outbreak in the central Indian city of Indore, according to local health officials, who say the illness was caused by contaminated drinking water. Residents have complained that authorities have failed to address longstanding problems with the sewage system, which they believe contributed to the outbreak. Peter O’Brien tells us more.
