On the anniversary of January 6, a far-right rally in Washington, DC turned violent after clashes with a counter-protester. The march was held to commemorate Ashli Babbitt, who was killed during the 2021 attack on the US Capitol, following false claims that the 2020 election was stolen from Donald Trump by Joe Biden.
Our team spoke with Enrique Tarrio, leader of the Proud Boys, an American far-right organization, who was previously convicted for his role in organising the January 6 attack and later pardoned by Trump. Tarrio shared his views on Trump’s actions against Venezuela and more.
