The Syrian army announced it has completed an operation against the YPG terror group in Aleppo’s Sheikh Maqsoud neighbourhood, saying the area has been cleared and full control of the city restored.
Authorities urged civilians to remain indoors, warning that armed elements are still hiding among the population and advising residents to contact military forces in emergencies.
