Tehran partially lifts blackout as reports say 12,000 executed by the regime | DW News

We start in Iran with a big jump in the death toll from nationwide anti-governments protests. Activists now say at least two thousand people have been killed since the demonstrations erupted nearly three weeks ago. US President Donald Trump has repeated his support for demonstrators enduring a vicious government crackdown. In a social media post he urged them to keep protesting, saying ‘help is on its way.’
