The US and UK have withdrawn some troops from a major air base in Qatar, as President Trump considers whether to take action against Iran over its crackdown on anti-government protests.
There are reports the US Carrier Strike Group USS Abraham Lincoln is on its way to the Middle East, bringing with it more than 5,000 personnel and as many as 90 aircraft.
