The United States and Iran exchanged sharp warnings at the UN Security Council, with Washington saying President Donald Trump has left “all options on the table” in response to unrest in Iran.
Tehran rejected the accusations, denying it seeks escalation and warning that any direct or indirect aggression would trigger a decisive and lawful response, as nationwide protests appeared to ease.
