Newly released footage shows French forces intercepting and boarding an oil tanker accused of being part of Russia’s sanctions-busting “shadow fleet” in the Mediterranean.
The vessel, Grinch, which is under UK sanctions and suspected of flying a false flag, was stopped in international waters between Spain and Morocco and is expected to be escorted to the French port of Marseille-Fos.
