A man has died after being shot by an ICE agent in Minneapolis.
The Department of US Homeland Security said the 37-year-old US citizen was carrying a gun and "wanted to massacre law enforcement".
In a video showing the shooting, a number of masked federal agents can be seen surrounding a man on the floor before one of them fires several shots at him.
The incident comes two weeks after Renee Nicole Good was shot dead by an ICE agent in the city.
