A US official says a 37-year-old man was shot dead by an ICE agent after approaching them with a gun.
Border Patrol Commander at Large Greg Bovino said the individual was carrying two loaded magazines and was wrestled to the floor after he was confronted.
In a video appearing to show the shooting, a number of masked federal agents can be seen surrounding a man on the floor before another agent fires several shots at him.
The incident comes two weeks after Renee Nicole Good was shot dead by an ICE agent in the city.
