European Union leaders attended India’s Republic Day parade as guests of honor on Monday, ahead of a long-awaited free trade agreement between New Delhi and Brussels. The parade featured military bands, cavalry, fighter jets, and displays of India’s latest military hardware, including air defense systems used in last year’s conflict with Pakistan.
