Footage released by the Shariff Aguak Municipality in the Philippines shows a rocket being fired from a vehicle at the convoy of Mayor Akmad Mitra Ampatuan in Maguindanao del Sur.
Ampatuan was unharmed in the attack. Two members of his security detail were wounded.
