Northern Ireland to introduce new rules for new drivers, in an effort to reduce fatal car accidents involving young people.
The rules for young drivers include waits for practical tests, and restrictions on passenger numbers.
Sky’s Gareth Barlow spoke to Northern Ireland’s infrastructure minister Liz Kimmins MLA about the changes.
