An American investment fund is suing Russia for over 200 billion dollars in century-old bonds from the Russian Empire. The case, in a US federal court, could open a new front in the dispute over Russia’s frozen assets. Russia has demanded the lawsuit be dropped by January 30. Dasha Chernyshova reports from Moscow.
