Tensions have escalated between Washington and Tehran, as Donald Trump has said a "massive armada is heading to Iran".
It comes after doctors inside the country told Sky News of alleged brutality that’s occurring in hospitals. One doctor told us that patients were being forced out to make room for security forces, even if that meant removing them from ventilators and other medical equipment.
