European Union foreign ministers agreed on Thursday to include the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps on the bloc’s list of terrorist organisations."This will put them on the same footing with Daesh, Hamas, Hezbollah, al-Qaida" explained European foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas. The move marks a symbolic shift in Europe’s approach to Iran’s leadership after years of disagreement between the 27 member states.
