Russian attacks in eight regions of Ukraine have left hundreds of thousands of people without power and heating. Just as a new round of peace talks, brokered by the US is set to take place in the Middle East. Ukrainian President Zelenskyy says the attacks, which involved 450 drones and more than 70 missiles, shows Russia’s disregard for any efforts to end the war. Victoria Innes reports.
