The US and Iran have concluded a high-stakes, indirect round of talks in the Sultanate of Oman. It was the first between the two since the US and Israel carried out strikes on Iran in June, as Washington also scales up its military presence in the region. Rahul Radhakrishnan reports from Muscat.
