DW Interview: One of these two leaders will become Bangladesh’s next prime minister | DW News

Bangladesh is holding its first election since the authoritarian former prime minister Sheikh Hasina was toppled in a popular uprising two years ago. With her party banned, the center-right Bangladesh Nationalist Party or the Islamist Jamaat-e-Islami are most likely to end up leading the country. DW spoke with the top candidates on the eve of the ballot.
