Canada is in mourning after a mass shooting in the British Columbia town of Tumbler Ridge left eight people dead. The shooter has been identified as 18-year-old Jesse Van Rootselaar. Police say they attended the suspect’s home multiple times over the past few years over mental health concerns. Kristina Simich reports.
