In a significant court victory for a pro-Palestinian group in the UK, the government’s ban on Palestine Action and its declaration that it was a terrorist group has been declared unlawful. The UK banned the group in July, days after activists protesting Israel’s war on Gaza broke into an air force base in southern England and spray-painted two warplanes.
