Mark Zuckerberg has been in court defending his companies in a landmark social media addiction trial in LA. The Facebook and Instagram are accused, along with other major social media companies, of designing apps that are addictive and deliberately target children. Matthew Bergman, founder and attorney of the Social Media Victims Law Center, is accusing Meta of misleading the public by making statements that were contradicted by internal documents. Whatever the outcome of the trial, social media platforms may never be the same again. Kristina Simich reports.
