NASA astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams were "stranded" in space by a life-threatening mishap, after flying a spacecraft that wasn’t ready for takeoff, according to a damning new report.
The Boeing-built craft was on its first crewed test flight to the International Space Station when its thrusters failed, leaving it dangerously out of control.
