Dashcam captures suspect hiding inside rubbish bin

Dashcam footage released by US police shows a suspect hiding inside a rubbish bin while attempting to evade officers in Ohio. A sanitation worker opened the bin and alerted police before the man fled on foot. He was later taken into custody without injuries.
