Israel targeted an apartment block in central Beirut in the early hours of March 11, Lebanon’s state news agency reported, further widening their attacks in the capital beyond the southern suburbs where heavy strikes continued. Lebanese authorities say Israel’s strikes have killed 570 people since March 2.
