Israel continued its attacks on Lebanon with a wave of overnight air strikes in southern Beirut that destroyed buildings and cars on March 11. The attacks marked some of the most intense bombardment seen in recent days. Officials say at least 634 people have been killed and 816,000 displaced in the country since Israel resumed its attacks last week.
