Kremlin says without Russian oil global markets cannot stabilize

As the world scrambles to stabilise oil supplies and get around shipping blockages in the Strait of Hormuz, Russia is reaping the rewards. The increased oil price has been a boon for the country and its fossil fuel exports, despite numerous sanctions in place due to Russia`s war in Ukraine. That’s got NATO, the EU, and of course, Ukraine, worried. Simon Anderson reports.
