Israel says it has killed Iran’s top security chief. If confirmed, the death would make Ali Larijani the most senior Iranian official to die in US-Israeli airstrikes since the Supreme Leader on the first day of the war. Iran has yet to comment on this claim and there are reports that he may only be injured. Israeli defense minister Israel Katz said a separate strike killed the Basij paramilitary force commander.
