A Russian oil tanker is in the English Channel, just one day after Sir Keir Starmer gave the UK’s navy permission to board Russian shadow fleet ships in UK waters. Shadow fleet ships carry Russian oil around the world in defiance of sanctions by the U.S., UK, EU and other countries. The tanker is one of several that Sky’s Data and Forensics team have tracked in the English Channel. Here’s what we know about it.
