Ukraine: Europe commemorates Bucha massacre but doesn’t offer Ukraine more aid | DW News

Ukraine is marking four years since the liberation of Bucha, north of Kyiv, where Russian forces committed some of the worst atrocities of the war. In the first weeks of the full-scale invasion, Russian troops killed hundreds of civilians, although Moscow continues to deny it. Foreign diplomats say the war crimes remain an open wound on the soul of Ukraine and Europe. Our report contains images that may disturb some viewers.
