Dashcam footage captured the moment Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents shot a man in a car during a traffic stop in California.
ICE director Todd Lyons said in a statement that the driver, Carlos Ivan Mendoza Hernandez, was a member of the Los Angeles 18th Street gang and wanted for questioning in El Salvador related to a murder, but did not provide any evidence of that allegation. Hernandez was hospitalised and the FBI is now investigating the incident.
