The public inquiry into the Southport attacks is publishing its first major report. Axel Rudakubana killed Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, Bebe King, six, and Alice da Silva Aguiar, nine, at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class in July 2024.
The Phase One report of the Southport Inquiry will be laid in Parliament and published online at midday.
Chairman of the inquiry Sir Adrian Fulford will make a short statement at Liverpool Town Hall.
