Brussels is ready to move forward with the 106 billion dollar loan for Ukraine, as Kiev announced it has resumed pumping Russian oil through a pipeline into Hungary and Slovakia, bringing to an end months of disputes. But the stalemate has raised further questions in the EU over an energy supply ‘Plan B.’ Shadia Edwards-Dashti reports.
