A woman and a man have been killed in an explosion after a reported domestic-related incident, police have said.
Three other people – a man, a woman and a child – suffered minor injuries and were taken to hospital. "There is not believed to be any significant damage to other properties," police said.
Police described the explosion as "suspicious" and declared a major incident. But it is not being treated as terror-related.
