Will Kosovo’s third election be the last?

Kosovo is heading for its third parliamentary election in just over a year. Parliamentarians failed to elect a new president following the expiration of Vjosa Osmani’s term. The early election is going to take place on June 7th. However question remains about the health of politics in the young Balkan nation.
