In the Philippines, gunshots have been heard inside the Senate, after a senator and former police chief took refuge in the building to avoid law enforcement. The International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant for Ronald dela Rosa. He’s been accused of crimes against humanity, allegedly committed during former president Rodrigo Duterte’s self-styled war on drugs, which saw thousands killed. Daniel Padwick reports.
