Ukraine is warning against the Olympic movement softening its ban on Russia while the war continues. The IOC is moving away from blanket bans, arguing sport should remain neutral and athletes should not be punished for their governments.
Belarus’s Olympics ban has already been lifted, and Russia is edging back through youth events.
