US Congressman Thomas Massie conceded defeat in what he called the most expensive congressional primary in modern US history, joking that it had taken him a while to reach his opponent Ed Galrein because he was "in Tel Aviv", calling attention to the nearly $35 million spent by his opposition to unseat him, the majority of it from pro-Israeli groups, according to reports.
