Gullu family keeping baklava tradition alive in Unesco city

In the Turkish city of Gaziantep, baklava remains a tradition passed down through generations. At one of the city’s oldest baklava shops, masters prepare the famous dessert by hand, using paper-thin dough, pistachios and oak-fired stone ovens.
