How Fiji became ‘ground zero’ in the Pacific drug trade | DW News

Fiji is on the frontline of a fast-growing global drug trade. Once it was just a transit point, but as powerful cartels move record volumes through the Pacific, more of those drugs are staying behind, fueling addiction and a surge in HIV infections.
